Ljubitza Ghiardi v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Ljubitza Ghiardi filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on October 17, 2022, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on October 24, 2019. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of her options.

On October 16, 2022, Ms. Ghiardi filed a notice to withdraw her petition.

The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw. Accordingly, proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded, but no judgment on the merits was entered.
