Jordan Aguilar v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Jordan Aguilar filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on October 17, 2022, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on March 1, 2019.
