Christina Cordell v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Christina Cordell filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, H.C., alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on February 7, 2019. The petition was filed on September 29, 2022.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified that she could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On September 28, 2022, Christina Cordell elected to withdraw the petition.
