Alexander Lau v. HHS - Tdap, shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) (2023)

Alexander Lau filed a petition on January 4, 2022, alleging that a Tdap vaccination received on February 7, 2020, caused a shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA). The respondent is the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
