Alyssa Wilfong v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Alyssa Wilfong filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on December 17, 2021, alleging injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on December 19, 2018. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of her options.

On August 15, 2022, Ms. Wilfong elected to withdraw her petition.
