F.N. v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Frederick and Elizabeth Neri filed a petition on behalf of their minor child, F.N., alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on November 13, 2018. The petition was filed on November 12, 2021.

Because a decision had not been issued within the statutorily allowed time, the petitioners were notified that they could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On August 10, 2022, the petitioners elected to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted their request, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment was entered on the merits.
