Jeremy Harmon v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

On November 10, 2021, Jeremy Harmon filed a petition on behalf of his minor child, B.H., alleging that B.H. suffered injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on November 1, 2018. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of their options.

On July 15, 2022, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request and ordered that proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
