M.M. v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Jency McClain and Whitney Brooks McClain filed a petition on behalf of their minor child, M.M., alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received on November 9, 2018, and December 17, 2019. The petition was filed on October 29, 2021.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioners were notified that they could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On July 5, 2022, the petitioners elected to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted their request, concluding the proceedings on the merits. No judgment on the merits was entered.
