Cheryl Rolf filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, M.R., alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on October 12, 2018, and April 2, 2020. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified of her option to withdraw the petition.

On June 9, 2022, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw, concluding the proceedings on the merits.
