Adel Cynolter v. HHS - Meningococcal, anaphylaxis and its mucosal manifestation as Lipshütz ulcer and Lyme meningitis (2023)

Beata Nasca filed a petition on behalf of A.C., a minor, alleging that the meningococcal (MCV4P) vaccine received on August 8, 2019, caused anaphylaxis, Lipshütz ulcer, and Lyme meningitis. Adel Cynolter, the petitioner, later filed an amended petition in her own name after reaching the age of majority.

The parties subsequently filed a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal, agreeing to dismiss the action. The court granted the parties' request and dismissed the case.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
