A.F.P. v. HHS - Pneumococcal, shoulder pain and polymyalgia rheumatica (2022)

A.F.P. filed a petition on October 8, 2021, alleging shoulder pain and polymyalgia rheumatica resulting from a pneumococcal conjugate (Prevnar 13) vaccination received on October 8, 2018. The case was reassigned to Special Master Dorsey on October 12, 2021.

Following a status conference, the petitioner was directed to file outstanding medical records by January 18, 2022. On January 18, 2022, A.F.P. filed a notice of voluntary dismissal under Vaccine Rule 21(a)(1).
