E.S. v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Tamara Bernadine Counts filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, E.S., alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on October 1, 2018. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified that she could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On June 30, 2021, Petitioner elected to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
