Elizabeth Ann Baker v. HHS - Influenza, autonomic neuropathy (2025)

The Special Master also reviewed expert fees, reducing the rate for Dr. Akbari and finding his billed hours excessive.

Petitioner also requested costs personally incurred, which were found reasonable and well-documented. Ultimately, the Special Master awarded Petitioner interim attorneys' fees and costs in the total amount of $83,229.86.
