Shannon Canitz v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Shannon Canitz filed a petition on September 15, 2021, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on December 17, 2018. The case proceeded under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified that she could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On May 18, 2022, Shannon Canitz elected to withdraw her petition.
