Tarek Makki v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Tarek Makki filed a petition for compensation on September 13, 2021, alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received on August 1, 2019, and September 30, 2019. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of their options.

On May 12, 2022, Tarek Makki elected to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request and ordered that proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
