Christina Prudden v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Christina Prudden filed a petition on September 7, 2021, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine on June 17, 2020, with significant worsening after a second dose on November 24, 2020. The case progressed, but no decision on the merits had been issued within the timeframe specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b).

As a result, Ms. Prudden was notified that she could withdraw her petition or have it remain before the special master.

On May 5, 2022, Ms. Prudden elected to withdraw her petition.

The Chief Special Master granted her request, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
