Paige Graves v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Paige Graves filed a petition on August 19, 2021, on behalf of her minor child, D.G., alleging injury following a human papillomavirus vaccination on September 10, 2019. The petition was filed under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
