Arturo Vasquez, II v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Arturo Vasquez, II filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on August 16, 2021, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on October 10, 2019. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued to the petitioner.

On April 14, 2022, Mr. Vasquez timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request and ordered that proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
