Julia Seeli v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Julia Seeli filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, S.H., alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on August 1, 2018. The petition was filed on July 30, 2021.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified that she could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On April 27, 2022, Julia Seeli filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The court granted the request to withdraw, and proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
