Sarah Lukas v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Sarah Lukas filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on July 29, 2021, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on March 17, 2010, June 8, 2010, and January 25, 2020. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising that the petitioner could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On March 28, 2022, Sarah Lukas filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
