Julia Seeli v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Julia Seeli filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, P.S., alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on July 23, 2018. The petition was filed on July 26, 2021.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified that she could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On April 22, 2022, Julia Seeli elected to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request and ordered that proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
