Bobbi Hoodiman v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Bobbi Hoodiman filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, T.H., alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on December 30, 2019. The petition was filed on April 18, 2021.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of options. On April 13, 2022, Petitioner filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request and ordered that proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
