Genevieve Hering v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Genevieve Hering filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on February 14, 2022, alleging injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on January 30, 2019. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On February 10, 2022, Ms. Hering timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.
