Eduardo Atjian, II v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Eduardo Atjian, II, filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on February 14, 2022, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on July 3, 2019, and September 16, 2019. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of their options.
