Bruce Ades v. HHS - Influenza, SIRVA Table injury (2023)

Bruce Ades filed a petition on May 28, 2021, alleging a SIRVA Table injury resulting from an influenza vaccination received on October 4, 2018. The petitioner alleged the injury affected his left shoulder.
