Dana Hilden v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Dana Hilden filed a petition on February 9, 2022, alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination on May 9, 2018. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued to the petitioner.
