Brian Korpacz v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Brian Korpacz filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on February 9, 2022, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations in June, July, and October 2014. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of his options.

On December 27, 2021, Mr. Korpacz elected to withdraw his petition.
