Mikayla Vacher v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Mikayla Vacher filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on February 9, 2022, alleging injuries after receiving three human papillomavirus vaccinations between 2006 and 2007.
