Allison Bay v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Allison Bay filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on February 9, 2022, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus vaccinations on January 15, 2014, April 25, 2018, and October 19, 2018. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising that the petitioner could withdraw the petition or allow it to remain before the special master.

On December 21, 2021, Allison Bay filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw the petition, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded.
