Arianna Reddicks v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Arianna Reddicks filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on November 22, 2021, alleging injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on December 28, 2017, with a worsening of her condition following a second vaccination on November 13, 2018. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of her options to either withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.

On November 19, 2021, Arianna Reddicks timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw the petition, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded.
