Elizabeth Fordahl v. HHS - Tdap, rheumatoid arthritis (2022)

Elizabeth Fordahl filed a petition on March 19, 2021, alleging that the Tdap vaccine she received on June 21, 2019, caused her to develop rheumatoid arthritis. The case was initially assigned to one special master and later reassigned.

After being ordered to file an expert report, Ms. Fordahl was unable to retain an expert and determined she could not prove causation.
