Aryel Vezzose v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Aryel Vezzose filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on November 22, 2021, alleging injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on August 22, 2013, October 22, 2013, and March 13, 2014. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of their options.

On November 4, 2021, Ms. Vezzose filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request and ordered that proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded. Therefore, the case was dismissed.
