Pamela Clemente v. HHS - Shingles, Sweet’s disease (primary neurtrophilic dermatosis) and Pustular rash (2022)

Pamela Clemente filed a petition on December 17, 2021, alleging that she developed Sweet's disease and a pustular rash from a Shingrix vaccine received on April 23, 2019. The Shingrix vaccine is not covered by the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

On November 22, 2021, Petitioner submitted a notice of voluntary dismissal. In accordance with Vaccine Rule 21(a), the case was dismissed without prejudice.

Proceedings on the merits are concluded, but no judgment on the merits was entered.
