Sharon Dewyea v. HHS - Influenza, other (2022)

Sharon Dewyea filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on February 18, 2021. She alleged that she suffered a vaccine injury from an influenza vaccination received on September 16, 2020.

On March 22, 2022, Petitioner filed a notice of voluntary dismissal. In accordance with Vaccine Rule 21(a)(1)(A), the case was dismissed without prejudice.
