A.M. v. HHS - HPV, other (2021)

Laurie Marowski, on behalf of her minor child A.M., filed a petition for compensation on November 2, 2021, alleging that A.M. suffered injuries after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on February 1, 2018. The petition was filed by Courtney and Christopher Counts.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of their options to withdraw or continue the proceedings. On October 29, 2021, the Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
