Wanda Lange v. HHS - Influenza, other (2022)

Wanda Lange filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on January 25, 2021. She alleged that she suffered a vaccine injury from influenza and/or pneumococcal vaccinations received on August 28, 2020.

On April 20, 2022, Petitioner filed a notice of voluntary dismissal. In light of the notice of dismissal filed before the respondent's report, the case was dismissed without prejudice.

The Chief Special Master issued an order concluding proceedings on the merits, but no judgment on the merits was entered.
