Antoinette Porter v. HHS - Tdap, shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) (2023)

Antoinette Porter filed a petition for vaccine compensation on January 12, 2021, alleging she suffered a shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) from a Tdap vaccination received on June 21, 2019. She further alleged that her symptoms persisted for longer than six months.
