Robert Murphy v. HHS - Influenza, shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) (2025)

On January 8, 2021, Robert Murphy filed a petition seeking compensation for a shoulder injury related to vaccine administration after receiving an influenza vaccination on September 28, 2020. He later filed an amended petition on September 28, 2022.

After Mr. Murphy died, Ja'Net Sheen was substituted as the personal representative of his estate.
