Kayla Erosa v. HHS - Influenza, other (2022)

Kayla Erosa filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on January 7, 2021, alleging a vaccine injury from an influenza vaccination received on October 7, 2020. On March 22, 2022, Petitioner filed a notice of voluntary dismissal.
