John B. Caraway v. HHS - Influenza, transverse myelitis (2021)

John B. Caraway filed a petition on June 2, 2021, alleging that he suffered transverse myelitis as a result of an influenza vaccination he received on October 4, 2017.

A status conference was held on April 7, 2021, where issues including the timeliness of the claim were raised. On April 20, 2021, Mr.

Caraway informed the court that he would not continue his claim. Following an order explaining his options for exiting the program, he filed a notice of voluntary dismissal on June 1, 2021.

Consequently, the case was dismissed without prejudice by Special Master Horner on June 29, 2021.
