Christopher Lasak v. HHS - Tdap, shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) (2023)

Lasak a lump sum payment of $73,400.00, which included $72,500.00 for pain and suffering and $900.00 for past unreimbursable expenses. This award was intended to compensate for all damages available under the Act.
