Michelle Laing v. HHS - Influenza, Shoulder Injuries Related to Vaccine Administration (SIRVA) (2022)

Michelle Laing filed a petition on January 5, 2021, alleging she developed Shoulder Injuries Related to Vaccine Administration (SIRVA) after receiving a flu vaccine on September 6, 2019. On December 20, 2021, Petitioner submitted a notice of voluntary dismissal.
