Pierrette Jacobs v. HHS - HPV, other (2021)

Pierrette Jacobs filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on December 30, 2020, alleging injuries from human papillomavirus vaccinations received in July 2008. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On September 27, 2021, Pierrette Jacobs elected to withdraw her petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw the petition.
