R.C. v. HHS - HPV, other (2021)

Pavlo and Nataliya Chyshkevych filed a petition on behalf of their minor child, R.C., alleging injury following a human papillomavirus vaccination on April 16, 2019. The petition was filed on August 26, 2021.

Because a decision had not been issued within the statutorily allowed time, the petitioners were given the option to withdraw their petition or have it remain before the special master. On August 25, 2021, the petitioners elected to withdraw their petition.

The Chief Special Master granted their request, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
