Stacey Neves v. HHS - HPV, other (2021)

Stacey Neves filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, I.N., alleging injury after receiving a human papillomavirus vaccination on December 7, 2017. The petition was filed on August 19, 2021.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options. On August 11, 2021, Stacey Neves elected to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, concluding the proceedings on the merits. No judgment on the merits was entered.
