DECISION ON JOINT STIPULATION1 On November 17, 2020, Cheri Brewster filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, 42 U.S.C. § 300aa-10, et seq.2 (the “Vaccine Act”). On October 21, 2019, Petitioner received an influenza (“flu”) vaccine, which vaccine is listed on the Vaccine Injury Table (the “Table”), 42 C.F.R. § 100.3(a).
