A ruling on entitlement was issued on March 14, 2022, finding her entitled to compensation. Subsequently, on March 21, 2022, the respondent filed a proffer agreeing to an award of $95,840.08, which included $95,000.00 for pain and suffering and $840.08 for past unreimbursable expenses. Ms. Ricker, an adult, agreed with this proffered award. A decision awarding damages was issued on April 22, 2022, granting the lump sum payment.
