DECISION ON JOINT STIPULATION1 Roth, Special Master: On September 23, 2020, Yasmin Sheriff [“Ms. Sheriff” or “petitioner”] filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.2 Petitioner alleges that she suffered from Guillain-Barre Syndrome (“GBS”) or chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (“CIDP”) after receiving an influenza vaccine on October 4, 2017 and/or measles, mumps, and rubella vaccines on October 4, 2017 and December 11, 2017.
