Frank Pisani v. HHS - Influenza, Guillain-Barré syndrome (2024)

Frank Pisani, represented by the Estate of Frank Pisani, alleged that an influenza vaccine administered on October 10, 2018, caused him to suffer from Guillain-Barré syndrome. The petition was filed on September 23, 2020.

On March 1, 2024, the parties filed a joint stipulation for dismissal, agreeing that the action should be dismissed without prejudice. The Special Master issued an order concluding the proceedings and instructing that judgment shall not enter, consistent with Vaccine Rule 21(a).
