Alva Moffit v. HHS - Tdap, shoulder injuries (2025)

Alva Moffit filed a petition on August 13, 2020, alleging shoulder injuries resulting from a Tdap vaccine received on June 21, 2018. The Tdap vaccine is listed on the Vaccine Injury Table.
